Ann Kite

For nearly two decades, Ann Kite has been guiding people into the transformative experience she now calls The Dance.

Known for her deeply attuned, in-the-moment facilitation, Ann creates spaces where movement becomes a doorway into presence, connection, and truth. Her work welcomes both seasoned movers and those new to the dance.

With a master’s degree in education, Ann taught 5Rhythms at the Waves and Heartbeat levels for many years and trained extensively in Soul Motion. These roots inform her work, but no longer define it.

Her classes and workshops fill through word of mouth, drawing both seasoned movers and those stepping onto the floor for the first time.

Ann is wholeheartedly supported by her husband and collaborator, Anand Crossley, who also serves as her trusted business partner and creative ally.

Anand is Ann Kite’s husband and event production coordinator.

He has been dancing since 2008 and has great respect for the potency of the The Dance practice. Anand is a certified Brennan Healer and has an energy healing practice in Charlottesville and Washington, DC. He has a background in physics and astronomy and is passionate about the science of spiritual consciousness and healing.
