Ticket Purchases and Ticket Tailor
We use Ticket Tailor to manage ticket sales and event registrations.
When you purchase a ticket or register for one of our events through Ticket Tailor, information you provide through the ticketing system is made available to us so that we can administer your registration, communicate with you, and operate our events.
Ticket Tailor processes this information on our behalf in accordance with its own contractual and privacy obligations. Ticket Tailor describes event organizers such as us as the controller of customer information and Ticket Tailor as the processor.
Email and Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp to manage some of our email communications, mailing lists, marketing activities, and SMS communications.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, register for an event, sign up to receive text messages, or otherwise provide information to us, relevant information such as your name, email address, communication preferences, and, where applicable, mobile phone number may be stored or processed through Mailchimp.
We use this information to send communications you have requested or that we are otherwise permitted to send. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails.
Mailchimp is an Intuit service and processes information in accordance with its terms and privacy practices.
SMS/Text Messaging
If you choose to opt in to our SMS/text messaging program, we may collect and use your mobile phone number to send you text messages from The Dance with Ann Kite, including information about classes, workshops, retreats, schedule changes, registration opportunities, and other offerings.
Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from consent to receive email. Providing us with a phone number for another purpose, such as registering for an event, does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages. We send marketing SMS messages only to people who have provided the required consent.
